All orders are processed with care and intention.
Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment, unless otherwise stated for limited or special releases. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the ritual, energetic, and intentional nature of our offerings, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on ritual items, including but not limited to:
• Candles
• Ritual tools
• Spiritual goods
• Limited edition items
These items are created, prepared, and sent with intention and cannot be returned once received.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will gladly assist only in the case that your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective.
To be eligible for a replacement or resolution:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item
• The item must be unused
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or replacements for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
• Normal wear or burn variations (for candles)
• Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect function
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
